Our Mission

She’s4Sports brings women, girls and diverse people together to give them a larger voice in sports through digital content and events.

We do this through the 3 E’s: Educate, Engage and Empower. Through our initiatives we inspire change and advancement of diversity in sports to even the playing field, so all women and girls can fully participate in sport without barriers.

Our Impact

Since the launch of She’s4Sports in 2016, we’ve grown to a network of 6000+ women and men who engage online and through events to amplify the voices of women in sport.

We held one of the first all female hockey panels in Toronto which included the first transgender female to play in the CWHL. Across our social platforms and events we’ve featured and shared the inspiring stories of over 100 diverse women in sports across the industry including our Black History month campaign.

We are excited to
partner with Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities, Canadian Women & Sport, Sport Canada and Ryerson (GXSLab) to amplify the contributions and issues that impact women and diverse people in sport.

6000 +

we are stronger together

We are building a community of sports allies who want to help us give women a larger voice in sports and move the needle on equity and inclusion across the industry.

Inspiring interviews

we amplify the voices of women & diverse people in sports

Through digital features, interviews and social media content, we tell the stories of diverse women and people who are making a difference to move the needle on diversity/inclusion in sport.

Fun events

we connect people with diverse leaders in sports

She’s4Sports events provide a safe space for women and the LGBTQ+ community to connect with women leaders in sport. This includes the first African American female Assistant Coach in NFL history, the Executive Vice President of Social Impact, Growth Initiatives & Legislative Affairs for the NHL and a mompreneur who launched a girls baseball organization.

Our Events

Ever wonder what it’s like to be the first women to coach in the NFL, a sports massage therapist or an Olympic silver medallist in hockey? When you come out to a She’s4sports event you will hear the journeys of diverse women in sports, learn about issues that impact women in sports, interact with female leaders in the industry through Q&A and get an opportunity to network. We’ll also hook you up with our tasty She’s4Sports branded cupcakes! Check out our events and video interviews here and don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel.
